EY's Programs are tailored to your family's unique needs. We have successfully helped families with a range of challenges, including:

- Successfully integrating in the school settings, medical setting & out in the community.
-Aggressive Behaviors (such as hitting, kicking, or self-injurious behaviors)
- Biting - Screaming - Tantrums - Hygiene Skills (potty training, teeth brushing, etc.)
- Difficulty following directions
- Social Skills challenges (difficulty interacting with peers, making friends)
- Communication Challenges (difficulty expressing needs and wants)
- Repetitive Behaviors (such as hand-flapping, rocking) - Daily Living Skills (dressing, eating independently)
- Attention and Focus problems (trouble staying on task)

Our goal is to provide effective strategies and support to help your child develop essential skills and reduce challenging behaviors, making daily life more manageable and enjoyable for your family.

EY Behavioral Services Concierge Services are for parents or caregivers raising children with developmental disabilities who are tired of the status quote. Parents ready to see real RESULTS and have found little to no progress working with traditional ABA providers, and committed in changing their families circumstances

We work on the challenges parents are worried about, that traditional providers and insurance providers don't have the tools to cover. 

EY Behavioral Services is in-network with select insurance providers. However, our concierge services are currently eligible for insurance coverage based on the level of services provided. 

No, there is no age requirement for our services. EY has successfully worked with children and adults ages 4 - 25.

Currently, no diagnosis is required, but a clinical diagnosis from your primary healthcare provider is highly recommended for the most effective treatment. 

EY's Team will also be doing an in-depth evaluation prior to start of services to ensure the most effective treatment. 

Yes, parent / caregiver or family involvement is crucial for long term sustainable progress. Participation is required at every session and throughout the program for the best results. EY's programs are designed as a done with you service and will require parent participation.

As a healthcare provider, we cannot guarantee results. Outcomes depend on factors such as your child’s diagnosis, medical conditions, and family involvement.

However, families that are fully engaged and involved in treatment typically see positive changes in less than 3 weeks. 

Our programs are personalized behavior therapy plans tailored to you and your child's needs, designed to address specific behavior challenges and support their development.

Throughout the program, you will collaborate extensively with our team of clinicians to learn the fundamentals of behavior and strategies targeted to your family's unique challenges.

First it starts with an Application process to ensure we are the right fit for your families needs. Then onboarding includes virtual/in-person sessions where you’ll meet with our expert behavior therapists to discuss your child’s needs and goals, and begin developing a personalized behavior road-map plan.

Currently, our in-person sessions are exclusively available in San Diego, CA, to ensure the highest level of support and effectiveness.

However, we also offer virtual sessions, which have been highly effective for many families and adaptable to various situations.

Our therapists are board-certified behavior analysts with extensive experience supporting families of children facing developmental and behavioral challenges. They have worked with a wide range of developmental disabilities, including profound autism, SYNGAP1, Angel-man syndrome, blindness, Deafness  and more.

Session frequency depends on your chosen service package and your child’s & families specific needs.  

Yes full payment of the program is required for the start of services. And continuation of payment is automatically billed at the end of each month. 

No, EY helps families address behaviors where they are the most prevalent. This includes in home , in the community setting and in schools.

**Please note; EY currently has one office location and is only accepting in person services for families located in or willing to travel to the San Diego, California area.**

During the initial consultation, we will assess your child’s needs and discuss the best approach to support their development to ensure our program is the right fit for your family.

Yes, the primary caregiver enrolled in the program will have access to their behavior expert outside of sessions and will be available via email or text. 

Deluxe members will have 24/7 Concierge services for any immediate behavioral emergencies.  

Currently, we do not offer a payment plan. However, we work with several third-party vendors that provide financial aid options for families.
